This 3 bedroom w/loft, 2.5 bath beautiful home with 2 shared pools and lush grounds is located only 7 minutes level walking distance from the beach, 5 minute walk to supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, and much more. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have full size beds, and share a (Jack and Jill) full bathroom. All bedrooms are on the second floor where there is also a spacious loft with a extra twin bed and small desk for flex space. Guest access The entire fully furnished townhome including outdoor sitting area, barbecue area and 2 community pools are included. The short (5-7 minutes, about 3 blocks) walk to restaurants, grocery store, other shops and the beach is all paved and very safe.
