But best of all is the large terrace with views to the outside where you can eat in a bright atmosphere with sea views. We have parking in the basement of the building. For a small supplement it will facilitates your mobility since the area is difficult to access for vehicles and there are very few spaces to park in the street. The apartment is located in the Marbella promenade, a car-free pedestrian area where you can walk, run or enjoy the bars and restaurants along the entire promenade. Guest access In the building you will have two free-use swimming pools, one on the terrace and the other on the ground floor of the building, slightly above sea level, both with spectacular views. In the basements there is a private parking space subject to availability and advance reservation. Other things to note There is the possibility of reserving a parking space in the building for 12 euros per night in low season and 15 euros per night in high season. It is mandatory to reserve it in advance as we cannot guarantee its availability. The sofa bed is in the living room and is individual.
