Beautiful new house south of the city in a private subdivision with a beautiful clubhouse which has a swimming pool, soccer field, children's games and living areas. Located close to major industrial parks, shopping malls, hospitals, supermarkets and hotels. The house is fully equipped. Other things to note The pool is part of the subdivision's clubhouse. The schedule is Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday is closed for maintenance. To enter, a reservation must be made and they are allowed to enter for two hours per day per house as follows: 10-12hrs 12-14hrs 2:00-4:00 p.m. 4:00-6:00 6:00-8:00 The maximum number of guests allowed is for the members of 3 houses per schedule.
