Plus, spectacular views of the Downtown Tampa Skyline! The space Our "Riverfront Oasis" rests in an amazing location with breathtaking views of both the Hillsborough River and Downtown skyline! This GORGEOUS two story home is perfect for special occasions or relaxing getaways. Ample space throughout including (4) bedrooms, (3) baths in total. Our main floor offers (2) bedrooms & (2) bathrooms, an office/den/game room, laundry room and large, open-concept fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room. The second level of our home includes (2) additional rooms. One bedroom with queen accommodations, overlooking the river, an additional full bathroom & an entire private suite! Our suite is equipped with it's own full-sized kitchen, dining & living room with a sofa bed. As well as a balcony with spectacular views. This home is perfect for both small or large groups to enjoy with plenty of privacy within your group. (See sleeping arrangement below) ** SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: The house has a total of (4) bedrooms. The Primary located on the main floor, features a pillow top King bed & direct access to the main floor bathroom. A second bedroom with a custom bunk bed offers a bottom Queen bunk and Twin upper bunk. Also located on the main floor, accompanied by its own full bathroom! The Den/Office with private door offers an trundle bed which can be opened up to sleep two comfortably. Upstairs you will find and additional bedroom with a Queen bed, and our luxurious Studio suite with another Queen bed additional sofa bed, and a full kitchenOur upstairs area features the 3rd bathroom as well. The sofa bed in the living room is suitable for one person. The entire home comfortably sleeps 12! A valid ID and completion of signed electronic rental agreement will be requested once booking is confirmed. Ages 25+ to rent. There are many ways to spend your days in such a beautiful space. Cookout on the patio with our large, stone grill & pizza oven. Host an unforgettable family dinner right on the water, on our private dock and 12ft table. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit or take a dip in our heated waterfall pool! Or just relax and unwind in our hammock while taking in the scenic views of the Hillsborough River! Take a walk to the popular, "Ricks on the River bar & grill" a few doors down, Hop on or off the Pirate Water Taxi or pick up some fishing supplies at the Bait shop all in one stop. There are several near-by boat rentals if you'd like to take advantage of the the gorgeous river in our backyard! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house. Two separate entrances to the house. One to the main entrance of the house on the first floor and one directly to the second floor suite. Other things to note Guests who are not on the reservation MUST be pre-approved NO EVENTS without approval. additional fees may apply. For guest and house security, we have 2 outside cameras only. Boats and any water crafts must be pre-approved to park on this property. The backyard space is fully private and fenced in separately. Our gated parking area is shared with the next-door neighbor living in the detached apartment. Please be mindful of outdoor noise level. Parking is restricted to the following areas: in front of the home, to the left inside the gate and in front of the garage ONLY. Please DO NOT block the water access area or the neighbors car.
