Please bear this in mind before booking. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a living area with a sofa and balcony* (NO TV) - a kitchen open to the living room with a dining table - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150x190 and ensuite bathroom - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed consisting of 2 beds 90x190/80x190 and a desk - 1 bathroom *Please, note: the balconies overlooks the street, so you may hear some noise Guest access You will have all the space to yourself for the"Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The accommodation has electric wall radiators in all rooms. It also has air conditioning (hot/cold) with split units in the living room and double bedroom, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater (80L): once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again. Parking in the area is limited and chargeable: indicated with blue and green lines. It can be difficult to find a parking spot.
