This large 5 bedroom and 3 bath home in Palo Alto has plenty of room for big groups and families. The home features 1 king bed, 3 Queen beds, 2 twin beds and a Queen pull-out sofa sleeper. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped and this large home has plenty of room for everyone to relax. Enjoy the manicured backyard with large deck, BBQ and sparkling pool (w/child safety fence; pool/hot tub not heated). Close to Levi's Stadium, Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. The space This is a large Palo Alto home that is very well taken care of. We have recently updated the home with new flooring and new beds. Beds and Baths - The home features 1 king bed, 3 Queen beds, 2 twin beds and a Queen pull-out sofa sleeper - plus 3 full bathrooms. It can sleep up to 12 people comfortably. Wifi/TVs/Desk - We have strong, high-speed wifi throughout the home, 4 Smart TVs (Roku and Firesticks) and a large desk set-up for working. Supplies - We provide all the things you need for your visit: towels, bed linens and pillows, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. Kitchen - large, fully-equipped kitchen with everything that you'll want or need for making meals. Laundry - A washer and dryer are available for guest use too, along with laundry detergent. Access - The home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. For added security, the code changes after every guest. Parking - The large driveway can easily hold 3-4 cars. Pool - beautiful, refreshing pool with child safety fence. Note: pool is not heated and the hot tub does not have heat either. The pool is nice and warm in the summer months. The home has heating throughout. There is no A/C in this house, but we have many fans for that occasional hot day in Palo Alto. The home is ideally located across the street to an amazing park (Mitchell Park) that features large grass fields, walking paths, tennis/pickle-ball courts and 4 kids’ playgrounds (including the renown “Magical Bridge Playground”). Nearby are restaurant/cafes, Costco, several grocery stores, 101 highway, Stanford, Downtown Palo Alto, G@@gle, F@ceb@@k, Yah@@ campus, Shoreline Park, Downtown Mountain View, Downtown Los Altos and 2 golf courses. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, the large front yard, the huge backyard, the backyard deck and BBQ, the beautiful pool (note: pool not heated), and the 4-car driveway (note: no cars allowed in the garage). We have a smart lock installed at the entrance door. You will be given the passcode as soon as your reservation is confirmed. Only a portion of the garage will be available to guests. Guests may use the washer/dryer in the garage and the pool/kids toys. Provided with the house are sheets, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, facial paper, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, and all of the kitchen items for cooking. Enjoy! Other things to note Please note: - The sofa in the family room is a Queen sofa sleeper - The whirlpool jets in master bathroom tub are not operable - do not use - Hot tub by pool is not operable - do not use - Both fireplaces do not operate (their chimneys are not fully functional) - do not use the fireplaces. - Electronic heating is provided throughout the house.
