This well appointed, 2-bd 1-bath flat boasts beautiful period architecture. Located in the historic district, the flat is 1 block from the Ft. George Brewery and Heritage Museum and a couple of blocks from the Maritime Museum, Buoy Brewing, Bowpicker, Riverwalk and many others. The space **Astoria is currently undergoing a construction boom all over town so there may be some construction noise during the day. Although close to everything, we maintain a quiet separation from the bustle of downtown in an area of historic architecture making the location perfect for your next Astoria visit. Commercially zoned, permitted and lovingly restored, this flat is maintained, owned and operated by Astorians. Our area serves a mix of both long-term and short-term tenants so we appreciate quiet respect for the neighbors. Park on-street and walk to everything. Please note that this unit is located on the first floor but there are 23 stairs from the street to the unit. Other things to note This is an older building (over 100 years old) with original, restored wood floors. In this lower flat, there may be some sounds like foot traffic from the tenants on the floor above. If you find this a disturbance, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms as well as ear plugs. Also note; we discourage running or stomping in this flat as it can be heard throughout the building.
