Come stay at this cozy, peaceful and inviting home. This is a fully furnished apartment with two entrances, one of which is shared through a common area and one that is a private entrance. You are sure to feel at home with all of the amenities, such as a full kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. We have an onsite manager that will be available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have during your stay. We hope that you come and enjoy your stay and visit again. The space You will have the entire apartment to yourself and will not be sharing the space with anyone else during your stay. There are two bedrooms and three beds. This home was originally built by Frederick Coxon in 1922. He along with his brother and nephew operated one of the finest china companies in America located in Wooster from 1927-1931. We have tried to keep as many original elements of the home as possible, such as original woodwork, hardwood floors, built in cabinetry, etc. Come and step back in time to admire some of the original workmanship of the era. Guest access You will have access to the residence through a private entrance at the rear of the home and one at the front of the home. Please note that the front entrance allows you into a common area in which there is another entrance that has a key code access that will allow you into your private space that has all amenities, such as living, dining, kitchen, bath and bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer located in the common area that you are more than welcome to use during your stay. Other things to note Please note that there is no early check-ins or late check-outs. Check-in will be anytime after 4pm and check out anytime before 11am. Our cleaners need this time to prepare for the next/ your arrival. Thanks
