The second floor includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, pantry, and half bath. This level opens to a lovely deck facing the bay — the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and the fresh coastal breeze. The primary suite, also on the second floor, features an en-suite bath, a spacious desk area, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool. The living area includes a 65” Smart TV and a pullout sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and includes a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The first floor includes the laundry area, two guest bedrooms, and a large full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This level also provides direct access to the backyard pool oasis and a spacious outdoor shower. One guest room features a king-size bed and desk area, while the second bedroom offers queen-size bunk beds with a twin trundle. All bedrooms include Smart TVs (50” or larger). Games and books are available for relaxing indoor time on rainy days. The backyard is a peaceful private retreat surrounded by palm trees and a lush grassy area, perfect for outdoor games. The pool measures approximately 28 x 20 feet and features a tanning ledge that can be shaded with two umbrellas. There is a large gazebo for covered outdoor dining, a grill for poolside meals, and plenty of loungers and seating for relaxing. The family-size outdoor shower includes both hot and cold water and is ideal for rinsing off before or after swimming — or even enjoying a refreshing shower under the stars. The pool and gazebo can also be beautifully lit in the evening for a relaxing nighttime atmosphere. ✨ Optional pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee. Pool heating helps warm the water for added comfort, though temperature may vary based on weather and normal operating conditions. Full pool heating details can be found in the “Other Things to Note” section. Unforeseen events can happen, and we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your reservation in the event you need to cancel outside the cancellation window. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole property except the owners closet and garages. (The pool equipment side is fenced off and will not need to be accessed unless for maintenance). Other things to note Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. The Guest must occupy the property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. Photo ID may be verified at the time of check-in. Damage Protection Policy: To protect both our guests and the home, certain reservations may be asked to purchase a $3,000 accidental damage protection policy ($39) through our partner Safely prior to check-in. This policy replaces a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage during your stay. If applicable, the purchase link will be provided after booking. Sister Property: A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sister house is available to next-door. https://www.airbnb.com/h/thejollypalm Pool Heat: We’re happy to offer optional pool heating for $40 per night of your stay. When pool heat is added, we’ll do our best to warm the pool to around 82°F for your enjoyment. Additionally, when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F, or due to normal operating limitations, we cannot guarantee the pool will consistently remain at 85°F. The pool pump operates on a 12-hour daily cycle (not 24 hours), which can cause normal temperature fluctuations, especially due to the large size of the pool. Pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay and cannot be added for only part of the visit. If you’re interested, please let us know before arrival.
