The drink, food, and service are well above average for all inclusive quality. You will be booked with Platinum status which gives you access to the members only area on the beach which offers a higher level of quality for food and spirits as well, really makes the stay incredible. Please note trips over the Easter/Holy week in Mexico, and Christmas/New Years, the rates for the room and the all inclusive go up significantly. Other things to note The resort is a located only a short, 20 min cab ride from PVR airport. Taxi will cost around $15-30 USD, and is super easy and very safe. When you arrive to the Nuevo hotel area, you will enter a gated community with security. Uber is also now available and very affordable. In Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta, there is plenty of stuff to do if you want to venture off! Golfing, Zip lining, Snorkeling, Diving, Dancing, Music, Whale watching, Turtles, Hidden beach tours, City tours, Tequila tasting, ATV adventures, Dolphin and Sea lion encounters…… The largest tour company, Vallarta Adventures, has their main Nuevo Vallarta location only a 7 min, 70 peso ($3-4 USD) cab ride away. Look them up on trip adviser. I also suggest visiting Bucerias for shopping and more Mexican culture. You can barrow bikes from the resort for free!
