The space The Space This unique 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home features central air-conditioning and spacious accommodations for up to 16 guests, making it an excellent vacation destination. The home is thoughtfully laid out across three floors to provide comfort and entertainment for everyone in your group. First Floor: The ultimate game room, fully equipped with a pool table and ping pong table for hours of friendly competition. A convenient mini-bar area with a mini-fridge, stools, and TV. A comfortable bedroom with two queen beds and a TV. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer. Second Floor: An open-concept living area featuring a stunning stone fireplace and TV, perfect for gathering together. A fully stocked, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, and all the essentials, including a drip coffee maker, waffle maker, large cooking pot, and two electric griddles. A large dining table that seats 12, plus additional seating at the kitchen island. Two private bedrooms (one king, one queen), each with its own TV. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Third Floor: Four additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and TV, one with a queen bed and TV, one with a queen bed (no TV) and one with a full-size bunk bed and a sofa couch with a TV. Two full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, one with a shower/tub). Outdoor Living: Step outside onto your private patio to find a 6-person hot tub, an outdoor dining table that seats 10, and a gas grill with propane provided. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. For Families: We provide a Pack ’n play, booster seat high chair. Guest Access Enjoy a seamless arrival with our keyless self-check-in system. Ample parking is available for up to 10 cars on the property. The Neighborhood Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, our home offers exclusive beach and lake access as part of a private community. You are just a short walk from the water and a quick drive from the region's best ski slopes and attractions. Community amenities include: Lake and beach access Seasonal swimming pool Basketball and volleyball courts Pickleball and tennis courts (4 pickleball paddles and balls are available for your use) Playground Getting Around: A personal vehicle is recommended to explore all that the Poconos area has to offer. Our home provides convenient and ample parking for your entire group. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you observe the following rules: The primary renter must be 23 years of age or older. No pets are allowed. A $400 fine will be applied if this rule is broken. No parties, loud music, or boisterous behavior are permitted. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. For safety reasons, fire pits are not allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for the cost of any missing or damaged items. Important Information: Community Access: Your rental packet includes 8 amenity wristbands and car tags, which must be used and displayed at all times. You may purchase up to 8 additional wristbands for $10.00 per person, per day (cash only) at the kayak rental shed. Children 6 and under do not need wristbands. This is in effect from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Linens & Towels: We provide all bed linens, pillows, and bath towels for your stay, along with starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Trash Disposal: To prevent wildlife encounters and a potential $310 HOA fine, please do not leave any trash bags outside the designated receptacles. Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are located on the property. Lost & Found: If you leave an item behind, we can ship it to you for a $20 service fee plus the cost of shipping Guest access Entire house
