Cornerstone West Lower Unit Modern 2 bd/1 bath condo in the heart of the Victorian Starland area of Savannah. Our open plan 1st flr unit is fully equipped w/ modern amenities, office/work area, large open spaces & outdoor courtyard. Kitchen & bath are fully stocked and ready for any length of stay in this diverse urban yet historic area. An FYI, this unit is: Non-Smoking Not Pet Friendly Not Suitable for Children Under 13yrs. Please Read our entire listing before choosing to book. Thanks :) The space ENTRANCE TO THIS UNIT IS LOCATED IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING THROUGH THE GATE OF THE FENCED-IN REAR COURTYARD. Your unit is 302B, through the big blue door that reads 302, located just inside the gate of the rear courtyard fence. There is on & off-street parking here. You can park in the allocated parking space located along the fence by the gate in front of the planter box but please do not block the gate or the lane that runs behind the house as it is a public right of way. There is also ample on-street parking alongside of our building. Be mindful that Savannah has street sweepers that run 7 nights per week so when parking on-street overnight you just have to read the street signs to tell you which days they sweep the street, so as not to park there on the specified day. This unit has been upgraded to offer an office work space fully equipped for remote working with an additional computer monitor, connection cables & strong WiFi. This entire building is equipped with monitored security systems that you have the option to use, so you will be safe and sound while at home or away. The alarm code will be provided on-site in the welcome book. Covid specific extras : - This condo has its own dedicated A/C and Heating system. It is not shared with any other unit in the building and does not recirculate the air from any other shared interior spaces. - Outdoor private courtyard area: The courtyard is a shared entry/exit space with the upstairs unit. Feel free to take advantage of this outdoor space. There is a free standing outlet located next to the stairway stairs on the patio for any electronic needs. Guest access The courtyard is a shared space with the upstairs unit but feel free to use it as much as you like. The upstairs deck is private so please be respectful of noise as well as their space and privacy. Other things to note Please be mindful of the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. As you are staying in a residential area, we would like to remind you to observe neighborhood quiet times between the hours of 9pm - 8am. Please remember that sound carries very well in any city especially in courtyards, porches, patios and verandas. At the city's request: Laundry, towels and blankets must not be hung out to dry on any exterior portion of the property, including porch rails, fences, gates or banisters. If you have bicycles: It is illegal to ride them through our squares. You must navigate around the squares the same as other road vehicles. Be careful, Savannah has tons of tourists who are unaccustomed to navigating our city and just plain inattentive due to sightseeing vs driving and lots of people text and drive, so be cautious on your bike.
