The B&B has a large kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric hob, stove, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare an excellent breakfast. Located just 50 meters from Metro and Bus stops, it allows you to reach the historic center in 3 minutes. The property, a classic Art Nouveau villa, boasts ceilings over 4 meters high, adding a touch of elegance and spaciousness to the rooms. Guest access Guests have private access to their room with bathroom and can use a spacious, fully equipped shared kitchen for preparing breakfast. In addition, access to the reception is available, where you will find the Tourist Corner for information and assistance. During your stay I live in the immediate vicinity, so I will be available for all their requests, with discretion and professionalism.
