All beach equipment is provided, and in minutes you will be relaxing on the white sand, collecting your favorite seashells, fishing from the shore, watching the dolphins play, or taking a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. The mornings bring beautiful island sunrises, and the evenings are aglow with the infamous scarlet sunsets. Receiving afternoon sun, the heated, private, salt-water pool and spa will delight you. Located in a quiet setting on the desirable east end of the Island for easy off-island access, the home is situated across the street from the 14th fairway, just minutes from the public Sanibel Golf and Tennis Club. Villa Calypso Tide, furnished in a tropical, beach house style, is fully equipped with all the amenities and luxuries you could hope for in your next island vacation rental home. The elevator opens into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings. The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining area, and great room. The disappearing sliding glass doors open the space to the large veranda that overlooks the pool and the Sanibel River, perfect for viewing the wildlife and sunsets while sipping morning coffee or enjoying a meal al fresco. Great for entertaining, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, cookware, and utensils. There is a large flat screen cable DVR smart TV in the great room, as well as a smaller TV on the veranda. Free WI-FI is also included. The master suite, with its luxuriously grand king-size bed (Tommy Bahama mattress set), large en-suite bath with soaking tub and spacious shower, a large flat screen cable DVR smart TV, and a walk-in closet, also has direct access to the veranda. There is another king-size bed (Tommy Bahama mattress set) in the first guest room. The full guest bath is right outside the door. Separated by the laundry area, the second guest room is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for children or adults. The bottom bunks have comfortable memory foam mattresses. Both rooms have large flat-screen cable smart TVs. The sleep sofa allows the home to comfortably sleep 10. Two families traveling together will love the family-friendly accommodations. The pool area is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The fully screen-enclosed space includes not only the pool and spa but also a covered, comfortable seating area to watch the 70” cable DVR flat screen smart TV and a bar, and a large dining table. The gas BBQ grill and outside refrigerator/freezer will make it easy to cook those poolside meals. For trips to the beach, there are beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, a shade canopy, and a beach cart. Pool/beach towels are also included. This vacation rental also includes free linens and towels, and Wi-Fi. Also available for use are a portable crib, a highchair, a shower seat, an adult walker, and 4 adult cruiser bikes. Enjoy the miles of bike trails while exploring the island, or take the quick 5-minute ride to the private beach access. A 30-day length of stay is required *This home is pet-friendly for smaller, non-shedding breeds with prior approval and a pet fee per pet. Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
