The space Bentonville, the Mountain Biking capital of the world! With more than 53 trails covering 143 miles you're bound to find a perfect trail for you. Come ride these amazing trails in Northwest Arkansas. While you're there, this ride-in/ride-out home in Bella Vista can be your private haven and the ideal place for an unforgettable visit to NWA. With its open area living space, kitchen and dining room, you have the perfection of nature at your fingertips. This is the place where those special moments will become memories of a lifetime. Spend time with your family on the comfortable couch and chairs in the living area, build a fire in the gorgeous floor to ceiling fireplace and get cozy for movie night, game night or just a quiet night in. A smart TV is available for use in the living area as well as a record player with Bluetooth that will connect to your favorite playlist. There are also two wireless karaoke microphones to add a little entertainment to your playlist! Throw pillows and lap blankets are also included for those chilly nights in. The home has high-speed Wi-Fi and a built-in workspace. The spacious deck is furnished with plenty of seating for you to sip your morning coffee and wake up with the wildlife or relax and read on a lazy afternoon out by the fire pit. There is an umbrella for use for those days when you need protection from the environment. The deck overlooks a large fully fencedbackyard that provides worry-free play areas for your pets and your little ones. The view from the deck is breathtaking as the house is immersed in the nature surrounding this area. You will truly feel like you are sitting in the trees! The front porch has a pergola and seating where you can watch the kids play in the yard or just enjoy a peaceful morning with a book and your favorite cup of coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for you to create and enjoy any meal you desire. Along with the electric range and oven, the kitchen contains a coffee maker, Keurig, cold brew coffee machine, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, general and specialized kitchen utensils, pots and pans, glasses, cups, dinnerware and silverware. The island bar is the best place to start the day with breakfast or a meal on the go as you prepare for another fun filled day in NWA. You won't have to head for the breathtaking trails to enjoy the outdoors! The dining area is positioned in front of two generous picture windows offering unobstructed wooded views. It has seating for four where you can enjoy your meal, your family time, the views and have nature as your guest. At the end of the day when you're ready to rest, relax and recharge for another day of adventures, there's no better place to lay your head! Both bedrooms and full baths exude peace and give you a space for the downtime you need. Master bedroomwith en-suite is equipped with a king-sized bed, spacious closets and smart tv. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and spacious closet. A full-size tri-fold mattress is also available to sleep two. Bedspreads, blankets, pillows, pillowcases are provided along with fresh, clean bath linens. Extra blankets and pillows are provided in the bedroom closets. Tomorrow is another adventure! Get the rest you need to make the most of it! The master bathroom has a floor to ceiling shower with a double vanity, toilet, towels, washcloths and hand towels. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower with a double vanity, toilet, towels, washcloths and hand towels. Half bath has a sink and toilet for guest comfort and convenience. There are bike racks both inside and outside that offer a place to hang and/or clean your bike after a long day on those biking trails! A basic bike maintenance kit is provided. There are also bike racks inside the home and I ask that you do not bring dirty or muddy bikes inside. Please use the outdoor rack, under the house deck area and carport for those. The home generally accommodates up to four guests, but up to two other guests may be added comfortably with approval prior to check in. Details for the check-out process are provided in the leather binder on the coffee table in the living room. Also provided in the binder is a list of recommended restaurants, bars, trailheads and sights worth seeing. Fireplace instructions are also provided. Hike & Bike Cottage is 1 mile from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 1.5 miles from Mildred B. Cooper memorial Chapel, 1.8 miles from Lake Windsor, 1 mile from Lake Avalon. Tunnel Vision Trails are practically right outside the door! Ride in-Ride out! Indoor and outdoor games, including corn hole and spike ball, are provided for those days when you just want to hang out at home and entertain yourselves. This house has keyless entry for guest convenience and free onsite parking. Prior to arrival you will receive a key code that is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Please park only in the driveway, not in the grass. You have private access to the deck, backyard, carport and the rest of the house grounds. My home has wide, wheelchair accessible doorways & entryways, a walk-in shower and wheelchair accessible deck access. Also, people who use assistive walking devices can navigate freely throughout the house. Other things to note I welcome long-term stays! My guests and their health and well-being are of the utmost importance. I place a huge importance on cleanliness and use a thorough cleaning process after each check out to provide the safest environment for our guests. I love furry friends! Dogs are welcome on the property for an additional pet fee. However, the house isn't equipped to have cats or other animals currently. Please be sure your dog is kenneled whenever you leave the property or take your pet with you on all your grand adventures! Do not leave a pet unattended and please keep pets out of bedroom areas. No exceptions. Heavy duty kennel is provided in the utility room that fits small to large dogs safely. Please refrain from having parties and/or events anywhere on the property.
