The space The air-conditioned living room features three sofas, a TV, and a high-tech skylight. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to indulge in bonne cuisine even on vacation. The sleeping area comprises: • a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed • a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed • two full bathrooms, one en-suite. A fifth guest can be accommodated either in the master bedroom with an additional single bed or in the outdoor room, with an entrance adjacent to the master bedroom. The veranda in the courtyard features a table seating eight, outdoor armchairs, and two sun loungers. The "Campana Dune" beach is just a short walk away. Its proximity means you can always count on the house, even during a day at the beach, for any need or even just for a quick break. Free parking is available in the courtyard. The area: We are located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Southern Sardinia. The condominium security service and very low traffic make this neighborhood safe and quiet. The commercial area in the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of a minimarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, and ATM, as well as evening shows and entertainment. Campana Dune beach is just a short walk away. A car is always recommended during your vacation in Chia. Guest access Villetta Yan is a semi-detached property with independent entrance, one side is in adherence with the neighboring house, the other three sides are surrounded by the courtyard. The level of privacy is total as all spaces are for the exclusive use of our guests.
