Quiet 3 bedroom home in West Jacksonville

Welcome to our home! Whether you are coming to Jacksonville for vacation or work our newly remodeled, spacious, fully stocked home would be perfect for you! Our home is located in a quiet/cozy neighborhood just minutes off of I-295 giving you easy access to major attractions. Most major hospitals are between a 17-20 minute drive from our home! Our home is also only 3 min away from Walmart and 5 min away from Publix. Families and travel pairs/trios are welcome! We look forward to hosting you! The space When you walk into the front door you will walk into the living room. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed. Extra linen for the sofa bed is kept in the linen closet down the hall by the bedrooms. There is a locked storage room in the living room. Please do not tamper with the door. To your left, you will enter the spacious family room. There is a step down to get into the family room from the living room. The family room has a large sectional and TV. It's a smart TV so please feel free to log into your Netflix and Hulu accounts. You can also watch some shows on Peacock as well. Next to the sectional, you will see our reading nook. There are a few books on top of a nightstand that you can read at your leisure. In the first drawer of the nightstand, you will find some board games and playing cards. Right next to the reading nook, you will see the laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, and a folding station along with other cabinets for storage. If there is detergent in the laundry room feel free to use it. Coming out of the laundry room on your left, you will see the designated workspace. It's located right next to an outlet for your electronic devices. There is an opening on the left of the workspace that will take you directly into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. At the far end of the kitchen, you will see a navy blue island. On top of the island, you will see the Keurig and the microwave. The top drawers on the island contain the coffee station. That is where you will find the k-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar (various types). You will find the toaster in the cabinet of the island. From the kitchen, there will be another opening that will take you to the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full-size bed and a nightstand. The bed frame has four drawers attached to it for extra storage space. To open the drawers lift up and pull out. This room is equipped with a mounted smart TV. Across from the first bedroom, you will find the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub and a shower. At the end of the hallway on the right is the second bedroom. This bedroom has a queen-size bed and a dresser. This room is equipped with a mounted smart TV. When you exit the second bedroom, on the right you will see the linen closet. The linen closet is where the towels, washcloths, floor towels, hand towels, extra toilet paper, extra linen for the sofa bed, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, and make-up wipes will be. Across the hall from the second bedroom is the third bedroom (master bedroom). The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a chest. This room is equipped with a mounted smart TV. The master bathroom has a shower only. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including the backyard and the front yard.
