The modern style condo sleeps 4 and is minutes away from Philpott Lake or Martinsville. Relax in the cozy condo or go on a float trip, kayaking or canoeing, and fly fishing. Whatever you enjoy, the Damselfly lodge will make a great home base for to relax after a fun-filled day. There is construction being done on the unit below. The space Cozy, yet modern. Guest access Damselfly is up the stairs on the left side of the building. Other things to note Free kayak use while staying at the flat. Please reach out for a code to access the kayak. Property is across the street from a railroad track. The train comes in early in the morning and can be loud. We do have a noisemaker that can be turned on fan to help drown out the noise. We also have a boat slip at Philpott Lake that is available for rental during your stay.
