Studio apartment with everything you need to be comfortable for short and long stays. 1- Our main goal is to make guests feel comfortable and safe, to make them feel at home. The mattress is very comfortable so you can rest after a long day getting to know our beautiful city and its beaches. 2- 300 meters from the pier and 4 blocks from the cathedral. Close to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. 3- Close to the bus station that has affordable prices to get to beaches such as Balandra, Tecolote, Pichilingue, Tesoro, etc. They also have buses to Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. 4- High speed WiFi Internet and LARGE 4K TV with digital platforms where you can put your accounts. 5- Laundries very close, 3 blocks away. 6-If you need recommendations for transportation, tours, trips to Espíritu Santo Island, as well as places of interest, you can ask us. 7- Easy to access. The keys will be given to you on the day of your arrival before noon. 8-The studio is exactly as shown in the photos. It is constantly fumigated, however, you may find non-poisonous insects such as mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches, etc., especially in rainy and hot weather. 9-The cleaning we include is upon arrival and departure. However, we have the cleaning service available during your stay at a cost of $150 pesos, by booking one day before. A welcome kit is left that includes essentials such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and bottles of water. The following days are on your own. 10- There are beach towels that you can use for your convenience. Please always return them to the studio. If they are missing at your departure, they cost $300 pesos each. 11- Smoking is NOT allowed in the entire building. If you smoke on the sidewalk, please do not throw the butts on the floor, please throw them in a trash can. It is forbidden to leave appliances such as air conditioning, television, coffee maker, etc. on while you are alone in the studio. No loud noises after 9:00 PM. Having gatherings or guests not listed on the reservation after 8:00 PM is not allowed (the fine for failing to comply with any of these guidelines is $1000 Mexican pesos). 12- You may hear the noise of cars, as the balcony faces the street, you may also hear the noise of people in other studios that are in the same building. 13- We ask you to respect the check-out and check-in time as cleaning is done between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM so as not to affect guests with their reservations - if you need to arrive very early you need to pay from one night before and if you need to leave late you need to pay one more night. There is no reception to receive or store luggage. 14- The idea is for you to be independent from check-in to check-out using only the app. There is no front desk or staff in the building. The studio is totally independent. But you can call us if you have any questions, problems, or emergencies.
