Warm Brook farm is located in scenic Southern Vermont, with hiking, recreation, state parks, and skiing, all within just minutes of the property. There are spectacular museums, historical sites, The house is a 15 minute drive to Bennington, a 10 minute drive to Manchester, and about 45 minutes to Williamstown, Massachusetts. Indulge in locally sourced produce, artisanal cheeses, craft beers, and ciders at one of the area's many farm-to-table restaurants and breweries. Our favorite things include spending time outdoors at Battenkill Valley Outdoors or Lake Shaftsbury State Park, then heading to Brown's Brewing Company for a cold one. We suggest making a pit stop at BRONWYN on Battenkill in Arlington for dinner, then going for ice cream at Arlington Dairy Bar. The property is conveniently located in East Arlington, just off 313 and Rt 7, which is just minutes from Highway 7 that runs north & south throughout Vermont. Warm Brook Rd is a local pass through for the town to both Rt 7 and Highway 7. We strongly recommend bringing a car/suv with AWD or 4WD from November through April. The town of Arlington does a great job plowing and sanding, but during the occasional heavy snow storm travel around can be limited with 2WD but certainly not impossible. We have a large circle drive that will fit 8 cars. Currently, Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are not available in rural Vermont. Albany Airport Shuttles may run but call well in advance.
