Luxury property in one of the best locations in the south of Tenerife if you want a private quiet place and be able to walk to Fanabe and El duque. The space The villa is built on a plot of land with lots of outside space. There is a pool to your left as you walk in through the main door into the property. To the left you will find a chill out area covered by a bioclimatic roof which can be regulated to your needs. There is plenty of street parking in front of the property although we have a private garage entrance. There is a chill-out area next to the pool and an outdoor dinning area with pool views. We have a barbecue set up next to the kitchen for you if you prefer to stay indoors and enjoy your day. Guest access As a guest you have access to the whole property. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor which makes it ideal for elderly people and those with walking disabilities.
