KITCHEN The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, glassware, seasoning, and cleaning supplies you'll need to make life easy! Make yourself at home in the mornings with our coffee machine or instant tea pot for tea. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS The king-size primary bedroom is luxurious with a built-in closet, and ensuite master bath featuring double vanity and a huge walk-in glass shower. The additional two guest bedrooms feature a queen size bed and built in bunk beds perfect for the kids . The bedrooms offer shelving, hangers and luggage storage. The second bath consists of a new beautiful shower and large vanity. Also a full laundry room and our garage is set up for fun, with foos ball table, basketball arcade game. Our lake town cottage is suited with 7 beds can comfortably accommodate 10 people. We reserve the right to verify guest numbers via exterior cameras, and your stay will be canceled immediately, even mid-stay if you exceed your registered guests. It is new but filled with character and charm, and we have a private boat dock and water access. We are just an 10 minutes to the Square and minutes to the public boat ramp. Granbury is an up-and-coming small town live music attraction in Texas with weekend concerts at “The New Granbury Live” every weekend and multiple outdoor/indoor live shows in the square at the local saloons and bars. We have festivals in the Square year-round and wineries, breweries, distilleries all in the local area to explore!
