The entire unit has modern updates throughout. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen size bed and bedroom 2 is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43” TV. Spacious living room has a large sectional with a pull out piece for extra room to lounge or sleep on and a 50” TV for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, crockpot, a griddle, blender, anything you have at home, we may have it too. A comfortable dining table that seats four and a breakfast bar for 2 more so all meals may be enjoyed together. Guest access This is the lower unit of the duplex. With a private entrance, the entire space is yours along with a shared fenced backyard that can be access from either side of the home. Guest will have two parking spots in the driveway. One closet door will be locked. It is the supply closet.
