Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. As told to me by numerous guests, my apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It has a queen bed and a pullout couch for sleeping. The bedroom is separated from the living room by French doors. The kitchen and bathroom are well supplied. It is a little over 720sq ft, and perfect for 2 people. If you have 4 people, it will be on the smaller side but if you are planning to be out in the city....it's perfect. Since the apartment building is older and a work in progress, our entrance, hallways and elevator definitely need updating and some work. Don't worry when you first arrive, you will be pleasantly surprised once you walk into the apartment. Again, it is exactly as it looks in the photos. It's is well taken care of, very clean, stylish and comfortable. Seriously, so many great restaurants, venues and bars within walking distance that it'll be hard to decide. Please, note that you will be staying directly in the heart of the city. There are occasional sirens and traffic. We are over a music venue and it can be noisy when it or the pop-up nightclub below gets out at night. We are on the 3rd floor, so you typically can't hear the music but the you can hear people outside. Occasionally, perhaps 6 times a year, the street below can be closed down to host an event. The events rarely run later than 10pm and need to follow noise guidelines. If you aren't used to these sounds, I do have a noise machine in the bedroom and you are welcome to put on the HVAC fan to buffer the noise. You can walk everywhere! We are steps away from PPAC, The Dunk, The Convention Center, JWU, Brown, RISD, Providence Place, Federal Hill and Waterfire. Once you park, you'll never need your car again. FREE PARKING: Guests have free access to parking for one vehicle in a secure safe private gated lot directly on the next block to the apartment. Sure beats paying $25-$30 per night at a lot.
