Torre Alpicella - Holiday Home is a detached house, with a large tree-lined garden entirely overlooking the blue sea of Diano Marina! The house, furnished in a Provencal style, is arranged on two floors and is equipped with every comfort, including Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and parking. The outdoor spaces are equipped with deckchairs, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ, to enjoy the holiday in the company of family and friends, in total relaxation and privacy. The fully fenced park can accommodate animals. The space Torre Alpicella is a holiday accommodation in a scenic location with an all-round view of the Gulf of Diano Marina, with a large, fully fenced garden and outdoor spaces equipped for eating and cooking outdoors and sunbathing in the utmost peace and quiet. The interior spaces are very comfortable, furnished in a country and Provencal style, divided over two floors: on the ground floor, the living area, consisting of a dining room, a relaxation living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom; on the upper floor, two romantic and spacious bedrooms, equipped with every comfort. Its independent and quiet location, able to offer maximum peace and privacy, will make your stay truly pleasant and an unforgettable vacation! Not far away is the ancient watchtower, called Torre dell'Alpicella, built in the 1600s by the Genoese to defend against the incursions of Saracen pirates. From here began the ancient Salt Road that connected the coast with the northern European regions, with a journey entirely on the crest of the hills to the Maritime Alps. The name "Strada Savoia" still evokes the ancient trades. It is preferable to have a car, as the house is on the top of the hill of Capo Berta, overlooking the sea, exactly halfway between Diano Marina and Imperia. The beaches of Diano Marina and the restaurants and services of the historic centers of Imperia are just 10 minutes away. Diano Marina is known for its beaches and the liveliness of its nightlife. Imperia, more reserved and less congested, allows shopping in its pleasant historic centers of Imperia Oneglia and Imperia Porto Maurizio. Places of interest very close by are the Olive Museum, at the Fratelli Carli oil company, and the Clown Museum, dedicated to the Swiss artist Grock, who built his large villa here, in the middle of the Riviera's "bella epoque". Guest access The house and garden are entirely at guests' disposal. Pets are welcome, but it is strictly forbidden to let them into the bedrooms. The garden is entirely fenced. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor spaces. The house is arranged on two floors, divided by an internal staircase. Upstairs we have the bedrooms and downstairs the living area, the kitchen and the only bathroom. Upon request, it is possible to use the sofa bed, with a queen-size bed, located on the ground floor in the living room. Parking is available in an outdoor space, adjacent to the property, or inside the private space, accessed from the driveway gate.
