It's like Uber, but cheaper, greener and strictly local to the Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Beach area. Details of the condo: Bedroom 1: King size memory foam bed w/ 55" Smart 4K UHD LED TV. Direct access to balcony with intercoastal views. Private Sleeping Room / (Bedroom 2): Full size memory foam bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Bathroom: Jack and Jill bathroom is accessible via both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 (each bedroom has its own personal entrance to the bathroom). Living Room: 55" Smart 4K UHD LED TV with intercoastal views. Dining Room: There is seating for 4. Kitchen: Has all the essentials you need for your basic cooking needs. Other: Central air conditioning with free high speed wi-fi Parking: $10/day for a maximum amount of $100 for the duration of your stay. Must request a parking pass ahead of time in order to secure a parking spot. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, which includes: - Heated pool overlooking the intercoastal - BBQ grills overlooking the intercoastal - Sunbathing dock w/ lounge chairs and tables - Coin operated laundry on site - Parking on site Other things to note Parking is $10/day with a maximum cost of $100, regardless of length of stay. Parking fee is paid directly to the front office and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking requires special permit decal from front office. Failure to return the parking pass to the front office will result in a $200 replacement fee. All TVs in the unit are smart TVs. Streaming subscriptions are not included, however the guests can log into their own personal streaming accounts to view streaming programs.
