At around 100 m², this lovingly furnished house combines modern comfort with the special flair of the Bodden landscape – and your dog is very welcome. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living area with a fireplace, satellite TV and sofa bed, which invites you to linger and relax. The dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room. From here you can get out into the beautifully landscaped, small garden, which is a small natural paradise with colorful flowers, fragrant shrubs and a romantic pavilion. Here you can enjoy your meals sheltered in the open air and end the day in peace. Upstairs are both bedrooms: a larger one with a 1.60 m wide bed and a children's bed, another with a 1.40 m bed. For children there is a small play cave in a sloping roof, a place full of imagination and hiding places. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The daylight bathroom with shower on the ground floor brings additional comfort. Free Wi-Fi is available via a Gigacube. But not only the house itself is a retreat: Groß Schoritz is a quiet, historically grown place in the south of Rügen. The famous writer Ernst Moritz Arndt lived here – his birthplace is located in the middle of the village and is now a memorial and event venue. The surroundings invite you to enjoy walks, bike rides and quiet moments in nature. Not far from the house begins the Schoritzer Wiek nature reserve, a protected lagoon landscape with salt meadows, moors and coastal vegetation. Birdwatchers will get their money's worth here: The Wiek is an important resting place for migratory and water birds.
