This three bedroom house is located minutes to shopping, restaurants, the train station, and Philadelphia! Privacy and comfort meets cozy and well-equipped. Don’t let the age of the home fool you as it was fully renovated in 2022. All of the modern conveniences are provided, but the charm of this craftsman home remains. A special added touch is the daily visits from deer and fox in the backyard. The space The cozy living room is what you first enter into from the front door. It offers comfortable seating on a beautiful, velvet, curved couch, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance and added heat. The dining room seats six people comfortably and is perfect for enjoying a meal. The kitchen has been fully updated with new appliances and cabinetry and contains all the necessary equipment for meal preparation. An added bonus for caffeine lovers is the adorable coffee bar that includes a coffee maker that brews a full pot, and a K-cup machine for those on the go. Coffee K-cups are provided to get you started. One bedroom with a queen sized bed is located on the first floor near a full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and the second full bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom boasts a king size bed, electric fireplace, and smart TV. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds geared more for kids or teens. *The staircase to the second floor is narrow and steep. Please use the handrail. Baby gates are in the downstairs closet to use with small children* *The upstairs bathroom has a large tub that was converted to add a shower as well. Due to the age of the home, and the charming sloped ceilings, creative design was used to allow for the functionality of a shower addition. Therefore those who are taller, or those with mobility challenges, may prefer the downstairs shower* **Just added...workspace including small desk, chair, and laptop table for remote workers and business travelers** Guest access This is a private home. You will have access to the whole house. There is also a large yard where you can enjoy outdoor dining on warm nights, and the kids will enjoy running and playing. Make sure you spend some time looking in the backyard for our local deer family that frequently visit. You may even see a fox or two. Other things to note *Please note, this is a non-smoking property inside and outside (including on the front and back porches). Because the smell of smoke lingers on everything, and takes cleaners extra hours to mitigate, you will be charged for any detected smoke smell as per our guest manual.
