At the condo, prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, crock pot, InstaPot, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. Dine together at the spacious dining table, or step out onto the balcony and savor your meal while taking in the breathtaking beach views. Sunset at the Regency features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has double bed bunk beds. We round out sleeping for 10 with a sleeper sofa. Regency Towers, one of the most popular resorts in Panama City, is on the quiet end of the beach, not far from St Andrews State Park, and offers all the perks couples, families, and friends need for a superb vacation. The resort has two large pools on site (one of which is heated) in addition to a kiddy pool, hot tub room, snack shack, and more! There is plenty of fun to be had and memories to be made without stepping foot off the resort. From sunrise to sunset, this is the perfect place to experience Panama City Beach! Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note Important Notes: ~ Booking Requirements: primary renter must be at least 25, sign a rental agreement, and be present for the stay. ~ A $500 refundable damage deposit hold is required. ~ Resort Fee: a $40 resort fee is paid to the resort upon arrival and includes one parking pass. Additional passes (limit of two more) are $15 each. ~ Policies: maximum 10 guests. No pets, parties, smoking, or emotional support animals (ESAs) allowed.
