Lulled by the calm and birdsong. Logout assured! The space 🏡Welcome to our old farmhouse completely renovated, a true haven of peace surrounded by enclosed and wooded grounds! Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 16 people (adults and children over 3 years old), it is ideal for large families or reunions with friends. Whether you're 4-6 couples with little pieces of cabbage, or a group of cheerful lurons, here you'll find all the comforts you need. If your gang exceeds 16 adventurers, we recommend looking for a more spacious space. A quick tour of the house? Let's do this! Our property consists of two buildings side by side, a little like Batman and Robin, but zen version, organized in "L" around a majestic willow and our swimming pool (covered and heated, available from May to September). In the first building: °On the ground floor: - A large dining room where up to 18 guests can enjoy your homemade dishes - A fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your best recipes. - A large living room/games room accessible by a glass roof, perfect for getting together after a good meal. - A relaxing room with a 5 seater spa (perfect for chatting and relaxing... ideal for bubbling even in the middle of winter!). - 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) – Bedroom 7. - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. ° Upstairs, on the mezzanine open to the dining room, a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Bedroom 8. In the second building: °Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and their own bathroom space with bathtub. Bedrooms 4 and 6. - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Bedroom 5. - 1 WC °On the ground floor: - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and a bathroom area with shower and separate WC. Bedroom 3. - 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and its small water point for evening washing, ideal for two little adventurers. (Bedroom 2). - 1 bedroom with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm), a crib with bars and a bathroom area with shower. Bedroom 1. 👶 For our family friends with babies, we have planned: - 4 umbrella beds with mattresses (but don't forget their usual duvets and comforters) - 1 sunbed - 2 high chairs (for family meals) - 1 baby bathtub, 1 sunbed and 1 bathtub reducer (and yes, the bath can be a fun moment!) - 3 changing mattresses - Toilet pots and reducers Tents or other outdoor extra beds will not find their place here, but we have everything planned to make your stay comfortable. Outside: 🌳Around the willow tree, the pool awaits, accompanied by a play area for the children, a trampoline, a ping pong table, and two large wooden tables, perfect for summer picnics worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. Two large tables can accommodate up to 16 people for alfresco dining, under the bioclimatic pergola. 🌸Nestled in a small locality at the entrance to the Parc Régional du Perche, you will enjoy the tranquility and calm of nature, while being less than 1.5 hours from Paris, between Chartres and Nogent-le-Rotrou. Think about all the beautiful evenings you'll spend together around the pool or on the terrace! 🌊A few details about the pool: It's private, covered, and heated. You can enjoy it from May to September , because she also likes to take a short winter break (like all of us, right?). 🫧The hot tub, on the other hand, is up and running all year round, at no additional cost. For week-long stays, regular pool and spa maintenance will be done (except Sundays, as even our swimming pools need a day off!). 🛏️We provide duvets, pillows , sheets and towels, for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. 🔇Respect and friendliness: We ask that you respect the quietness of the neighborhood (the neighbors are not DJ fans, believe us). Not sonos, but a big screen with an LG sound system for movie nights! I promise, you can have a blast while being respectful. 🧹Before you go: Please return the cottage the way you found it. Cleaning equipment is available if you are ready to take the challenge (or opt for our €180 cleaning fee if you prefer to enjoy the place a little more). ⚡️And remember, electricity is included, but a little effort to turn off the convector heaters before opening the windows would be appreciated (we don't like to see the bill climb!). For now, no EV charging, but who knows what the future holds for us? We can't wait to welcome you for a beautiful escape around the willow! 🏡🌳 Guest access The house is fully available to travelers and holidaymakers. From the day of arrival from 16h, to the day of departure 11h. Other things to note 2 nights minimum. For bridges and holidays, a longer duration may be requested and a specific check-in day (do not hesitate to contact us). You rent for a specific number of people, and for the comfort of all we can't accept additional guests during your stay (but we can always discuss them together). Welcome to the countryside! Here nature is queen: roosters sing (not only in the morning when they wake up), farmers pamper their fields, and insects enjoy the great outdoors. Depending on the season, you may hear a tractor in the distance, a lawnmower in action or a motivated secateur... In short, a real rural decor, with a bonus of birds singing!
