Discover our charming renovated farmhouse, ideal for families of up to 16 people! Enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool (May to September), the hot tub in any season, and a large garden where little pirates and big adventurers will find their happiness. Playground, trampoline, ping-pong, BBQ... everything is combined for unforgettable moments with family or friends, for a nature break less than 1.5 hours from Paris. Lulled by the calm and the birdsong. Disconnection assured! The space 🏡Welcome to our old, fully renovated farmhouse, a true haven of peace surrounded by a fenced and wooded plot! Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 16 people (adults and children over 3 years old), it is ideal for large families or reunions with friends. Whether you are 4 to 6 couples with little ones, or a group of cheerful lurons, you will find here all the comfort you need. If your group exceeds 16 adventurers, we recommend that you look for a more spacious place to stay. A little tour of the house? Let's go! Our property consists of two buildings side by side, a bit like Batman and Robin, but a Zen version, organized in an "L" around a majestic willow and our swimming pool (covered and heated, available from May to September). In the first building: °On the ground floor: - A large dining room where up to 18 guests can enjoy your homemade dishes - A fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your best recipes. - A large living room/game room accessible through a glass roof, perfect for meeting after a good meal. - A relaxation room with a 5-seater spa (perfect for chatting and relaxing... ideal for bubbling even in the middle of winter!). - 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) – Bedroom 7. - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. ° Upstairs, in a mezzanine open to the dining room, a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Bedroom 8. In the second building: °Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and their own bathroom area with bathtub. Bedrooms 4 and 6. - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Bedroom 5. - 1 WC. °On the ground floor: - 1 bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom area with shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 3. - 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and its small water point for evening washing, ideal for two little adventurers. (Bedroom 2). - 1 bedroom with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm), a baby crib and a bathroom area with shower. Bedroom 1. 👶 For our friends families with babies, we have provided: - 4 cots with mattresses (but don't forget their usual duvets and comforters) - 1 baby bouncer - 2 high chairs (for family meals) - 1 baby bathtub, 1 deckchair and 1 bathtub reducer (and yes, the bath can be a moment of pleasure!) - 3 changing mats - Potty and toilet reducers Tents or other outdoor extra beds will not find their place here, but we have everything planned to make your stay comfortable. Outside: 🌳Around the willow, the swimming pool awaits you, accompanied by a playground for children, a trampoline, a ping pong table and two large wooden tables, perfect for summer picnics worthy of a star chef. Two large tables can accommodate up to 16 people for your outdoor meals, under the bioclimatic pergola. 🌸Nestled in a small locality at the entrance to the Perche Regional Park, you will enjoy the tranquility and calm of nature, while being less than 1.5 hours from Paris, between Chartres and Nogent-le-Rotrou. Think of all the beautiful evenings you will spend together around the pool or on the terrace! 🌊Some details about the pool: It is private, covered and heated. You can enjoy it from May to September, because it also likes to take a little winter break (like all of us, right?). 🫧The hot tub, on the other hand, is operational all year round at no extra cost. For one-week stays, regular maintenance of the pool and hot tub will be carried out (except on Sundays, because even our pool attendants need a day off!). 🛏️We provide duvets, pillows, sheets and towels, for the number of people indicated in the booking. 🔇Respect and friendliness: We ask that you respect the quietness of the neighborhood (the neighbors are not DJ fans, believe us). No sound systems, but a big screen with an LG sound system for movie nights! I promise, you can have a blast while being respectful. 🧹Before you go: Please return the cottage in the same condition you found it. Cleaning equipment is available if you are ready to take up the challenge (or opt for our €180 cleaning package if you prefer to enjoy the place a little more). ⚡️And remember, electricity is included, but a little effort to turn off the convectors before opening the windows would be appreciated (we don't like to see the bill go up!). For now, no EV charging, but who knows what the future holds? Looking forward to having you for a beautiful getaway around the willow! 🏡🌳 Guest access The house is at the disposal of guests and vacationers. From the day of arrival from 4 p.m., to the day of departure 11 a.m. Other things to note 2 nights minimum. For long weekends and public holidays, a longer duration may be requested and a specific day of arrival (please let us know). You rent for a specific number of people, and for everyone's comfort we can't accept extra guests during the stay (but we can always discuss it together). Welcome to the countryside! Here nature is queen: roosters sing (not only in the morning when they wake up), farmers pamper their fields, and insects enjoy the great outdoors. Depending on the season, you may hear a tractor in the distance, a mower in action or a motivated pruner... In short, a real country setting, with the bonus of birdsong!
