Our 3-story home offers privacy for multiple families and is just 1 mile from Siesta Key Beach. Call the free shuttle for a quick ride to the Village for shopping and dining. Enjoy TVs in every bedroom, a full kitchen, laundry room, infrared sauna, and beach chairs. Two bedrooms have private baths. Relax in the heated pool and covered outdoor dining area while watching the game, surrounded by palm trees and salty air. SunfishBeachSiesta awaits! The space We are very blessed and since our home isn't on ground level the hurricanes didn’t affect us. We are able to take bookings, our calendar is updated. The beach is gorgeous. Most restaurants are open and the village is back to normal! We are ready for our guests. The entire home has the Florida beach charm you are looking for. The top floor is the Main bedroom has a California King bed with a full bathroom and beautiful porch to relax. On the porch of the primary bedroom we have an infrared sauna with Ozone disinfecting. Also on the top floor you will find another bedroom with a full bed & its own private full bathroom as well. 2nd floor will be two bedrooms that share a full bath. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and its own covered porch. The other bedroom has two twin beds. All bedroom have a TV as well with all the streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney, ect. The main floor will be the kitchen, laundry room, dining and living area with a half bath. Large sliding glass doors open up to the outdoor dining area & pool. Beach chairs, cooler, beach buggy & Beach towels are provided. A pack-n-play and highchair is at the home too! Guest access The entire home will be yours with the exception of the garage & a few closets. Other things to note Please note the pool maintenance comes every Thursday to service the pool. He will not contact you, simply goes around to the pool and is there about 15 mins.
