The space Recently remodeled throughout, the property includes a full kitchen with brand new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has brand new sofa which can accommodate additional guests. Smart HDTV with free WiFi connection, private backyard and dedicated driveway. Guest access Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Upon arrival, please enter through the front door of the main house. Directions for access, parking, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. Other things to note If you arrive with a pet, we do require a pet fee of $100 per pet. This is to cover the increased cost of cleaning. We always expect that your pets are picked up after, and we welcome them to our home! This property is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitors in common spaces to prevent parties.
