Concierge services are available for bike rentals, tee times and other special occasion needs. 15 min. to the closest beach & dozens of golf courses. The space Bedrooms: First floor primary bedroom. Has a king sized bed and an ensuite with a walk in shower, double vanity, and private water closet. Second floor bedrooms include a large room with a king size bed and mini fridge, an additional bedroom with twin over full bunk bed as well as a kids craft table, and an open living space with a queen pull out bed. The upstairs room share a nice sized full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bathrooms on the property are appointed with quality towels, toiletries, blow-dryer, and 3 rolls of toilet paper. All sleeping areas include a smart T.V. The open living space has a bookcase with books for various ages. Down Stairs Living Areas: The family room had a comfortable couch and oversized chair with multiple tables and a smart T.V. There is also a full sized Golden Tee arcade game as well as board games to enjoy. The kitchen has a counter height expandable dining table with 6 chairs, next to the well equipped kitchen. Appliances include a cooktop and oven, microwave, large fridge, and dishwasher. Dishware, utensils, knife set, blender, coffee maker (coffee and tea pods provided), toaster, bakeware/cookware, mixer, cocktail shaker & tools, and more also provided. Some seasonings are provided as well. The laundry room has a stackable washer and dryer. A starter supply of laundry pods/softener sheets are provided. An ironing board, iron, and stick vacuum is located in the laundry room. A built in desk for any private work that needs to be done during your stay. There is a powder room on the first floor. The home has a large front porch with 2 rocking chairs and off the laundry room small porch leading to our newly renovated furnished back patio and fence, which has a large outdoor dinning table completed with cafe lighting.
