House is located in a Private Association which makes it a safe and quite place to unwind during your stay. This home is good for couples, business travelers, families, and groups traveling The space The house has 2 parks available in this subdivision, the first park is along the shoreline of Lake Erie which has a grill and seating area, private boat & jet ski launch , access right out to the lake , or casting a fishing line to see what you might catch! just a short block walk away. 2nd Park is right out the door of the house it offers playground equipment for all ages and a huge baseball diamond & basketball court to occupy any child . The yard is large with part of it being fenced in , so not to worry about the little ones.
