This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite is located in Cabarete (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 700 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) This is a hotel room (without kitchen): if you need a kitchen, we can arrange either a studio with kitchenette or a fully-equipped condo in this same residence. A few house rules: - The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom). - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
