The space Welcome to our modern, sun-filled townhome in the exclusive New Preserve Area! Relax in a spacious living room with a 70" TV, or gather around the sleek, fully equipped open kitchen with seating for 5 at the counter and 6 more in the dining area. The ground floor features a comfortable King bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, enjoy a luxurious King suite with a private bath (bathtub & double sinks), a themed room with a Full bed plus Twin trundle, and another with two Twin beds (one is a twin-over-twin trundle). These rooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower. All bedrooms are themed, have TVs, and the washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway. Step outside to your private screened pool area with lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 6, fun games, and a photo stage—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
