Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories. - This is a charming century old single family home. As with all single family homes, please expect the floors to creak and find some touches from mid-century. Note: Our home is in center of Seattle & boasts a high walk score. This can lead to some street noise, as with all listings in the urban area. - No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep.
