Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out. You can request a replacement with a fee: - £20 to replace the sheets - £10 to replace a set of towels -Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. -NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. -No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. -No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
