In the heart of the pink granite coast, on the GR34, Armelle, Delphine and Pierre will be happy to host you in their house, completely renovated, ideally located 50 m from Penvern beach. The house has an individual entrance and is as follows: - a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, an awning, all facing south, - on the ground floor: 1 living room of 40 m2 with living room, dining room and fitted kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet, - upstairs: 1 bathroom with toilet, bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 on a mezzanine; bedroom 2: 1 bed 140; bedroom 3: 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 Black-out curtains in the bedrooms, no shutters. Linens provided for stays of 7 nights or more. Towels extra 5 euros/person. Extra bed linen 15 euros/bed for stays of 2 to 6 nights. Compulsory check-out cleaning 50 euros.
