Rural retreat/ heated pool/ quiet rejuvenation

Nestled next to the Serpentine river /5 bedroom / heated outdoor pool / loungers/ kids playground/ kayaks for river/ free wifi/ sheltered alfresco /bifold door access for peace, tranquility + privacy/ 2 driveways for 4 cars/ boat. Shops / Mandurah Forum close by / boat ramp access for Serpentine / Murray rivers + Peel Inlet. Home theatre/ Netflix/ surround sound / reclining loungers/ entertainers kitchen / master suite w large double spa bath/ wood fire/ alarm/ outside security cameras The space 5 bedroom single storey rural home with heated pool garden and alfresco/sleeps 9 Guest access Whole house except office garage and left side of outside ( from front) Other things to note Quiet peaceful rural neighbourhood with elderly neighbours Please note our pool is in a rural location surrounded by trees - the pool is serviced regularly by a local pool company and debris sucked out of the pool - it is clean and chlorinated but despite this some leaf debris may be present on the pool cover and in pool even shortly after cleaning as we get strong winds - it’s part of being in an open rural location- we don’t have a pool boy in 24 hour attendance to remove every leaf that lands on the pool cover and some may enter the pool - there is a net present to remove any leaf debris that may have entered the pool between cleaning periods - this is usually minimal and the pool is safe to swim in at all times as it is regularly serviced and automatically turns over 4x daily and adds it’s own chlorine with a chlorinator Please don’t pin back the pool gates with objects as this breaks the servo return mechanism and you will be charged to replace this Being a rural location in hot weather there may be occasional spiders or daddy long legs that enter the house despite thorough cleaning and pest control - this is unavoidable and insect spray is supplied If spa bath is filled this will take all the hot water from the solar tank and showers my run tepid / cold until solar hot water heater kicks in next morning - please be aware of this especially in winter months Wifi has had recent upgrade and is very high speed/ now single remote controlling all theatre room and seamless signal reaches rear of property including alfresco/ pool area through booster hardwired into roof Registration Details STRA620982PU22W9
