Between the one-of-a-kind motorsport memorabilia on the inside and relaxation stations in the backyard on the outside there's plenty of space to decompress and unwind while enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather. Located 6 minutes from the popular Old Town entertainment district, 10 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from Mill Ave in Tempe this is the perfect location for any adventure! The space Located in the most convenient area of Old Town Scottsdale this unique space offer 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an additional living room area that converts to a queen size bed with television. It has everything needed to walk in and start enjoying the good life in sunny Arizona! We're big Formula 1 fans and wanted to share the memorabilia we've collected over the years with our guests! Our kitchen boasts a wide range of cooking utensils and equipment: Keurig coffee maker + coffee creamer, pots, pans, dishes, oil and spices, and to go containers. We've tried to outfit this space with just about anything you'd need in the kitchen if you decide to cook in while in town! The house is a short 4 minute WALK to Black Rock Coffee Bar, 10 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and 5-15 minute drive from all the other fun activities in the area (spring training stadiums, Old Town entertainment district, Mill Ave in Tempe, Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter, Talking Stick Resort, Camelback Mountain, and so much more)! Feel free to reach out for restaurant or activity recommendations! We're locals and enjoy the area just as much as we hope you will! Guest access Guests are provided with a custom 4-digit key code the week of check in. Other things to note While we are open to furry family members, we kindly request that it's dogs only. No cats or other pets. Please do not leave pets unattended at the house and be sure to leash your pets at all times when outside the house! The closet in the second bedroom (where the twin beds are) is used for owner storage and will not be available to guests. To compensate we've provided hanging storage area to prevent your clothes from folded wrinkles! No events or house parties.
