This spacious house in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for accommodating large groups at an affordable cost. The area is close to downtown and offers easy access to main attractions. Whether you're in town for a sports event, a business trip, or simply to explore the city of Indianapolis, this house offers a comfortable and convenient base for your group stay. With its close proximity to downtown attractions, this property ensures a delightful and memorable experience for guests of all kinds. Treat this space as your own private home while there. If you are the type that likes to rummage through our cabinets, drawers, closets and belongings on the last day of the trip to find issues in order to get a refund, don't bother contacting me. Indianapolis Old Southside Historic District neighborhood is bounded on the north by South Street, on the south by the CSX Railroad/Adler Street, on the east by Madison Avenue, and on the west by the White River. There are fantastic eating spots downtown such as St Elmo's, Harry & Izzy's, Capital Grille, and Shapiro's. While you are waiting to watch the Indy 500, Colts, Pacers, or Indy Eleven games be sure to check out the Indianapolis Children's Museum and the NCAA Hall of Champions. Old Southside offers its residents plenty of green space without losing the metropolitan feel of Downtown. Indy is home to the historic Babe Denny Park and Pogue's Run. A variety of housing options decorate Old Southside, from cottages to luxurious Victorian Queen Anne-style homes. The active Stadium Village Business Association is a great asset. Be sure to stop by Shapiro's delicatessen for a New York Rueben sandwich and a triple chunk chocolate chip cookie. The home is walking distance to the Lucas Old Stadium, Bankers Life Field house, Indiana convention center, Indy Cultural trail, best restaurants in the city, music venues, multiple breweries, and distilleries. Uber and Lyft are the best options for public transportation. Some of the guests have reported fees as low as five dollars! There are also mobile scooters around the neighborhood usually three sit at the end of the block by the stop light. We will only provide enough linens and towels for the number of guests on the reservation.
