The living room walks out to a fenced patio with a patio table for 4, a gas barbeque grill and a storage bench that holds all the beach gear and sand toys you could need. You'll also find 4 beach chairs here for your use. Upstairs, you'll find two private bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen size bed, dresser and a walk-in closet with a private bathroom. The additional bedroom offers two full size beds, dresser and closet. Each bedroom has a smart television equipped for you to utilize with your own accounts or there is complimentary cable service. If you're traveling with children, you can pack a little lighter because we already have some essentials for your use including a Pack n' Play with sheet, highchair, baby bathtub and baby gate for the stairs. Guests can access the entire unit. You can expect to receive a welcome package via email in the week prior to your stay. It will be loaded with information about the area, recommedations on places for entertainment, shopping, rentals, restaurants, etc. We'll also include a list of helpful info about the unit so you'll know just where to find everything you'll need. During your stay, we're just a quick phone call, text or email away. We won't bother you but want you to know that we are available if you should need us for anything. The white sandy beaches and gorgeous, clear turquoise waters will keep you coming back year after year. Navarre is not commercialized so you can enjoy sharing the beach with a small amount of people. You will always have a front row seat on the beach! I can't imagine that you'll want to do much traveling once you get here. Just cross the boardwalk and you'll have toes in the sand. To get groceries, eat out or visit landmarks, you can find just about everything you will desire within 20 minutes of this townhome. The townhouse comes with 2 designated parking spaces.
