It features an entertainment center with a 55 inch smart television and loads of board games for hours of fun. The large sectional and ottoman provides a place for watching movies, playing games or simply relaxing after a long day. There’s a library full of material for all ages. Through the sliding door is the covered lanai, an outdoor oasis where bathing in the sun is recommended with a nice size pool to help cool off from the Florida heat or let the jets from the hot tub massage your troubles away. There are two rooms, each with two twin beds. A primary and secondary master bedroom, with each providing access to the covered lanai/pool/spa area. The primary ensuite offers double sinks, spacious shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge of $30 per day. Please inform before the reservation. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited to help ensure quality of comfort for all guests. An additional $250 will be charged for cleaning if evidence of smoking is found. Other things to note The private community on which it sits compliments the home.
