Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this home accommodates up to 14 people comfortably! The house is tastefully furnished and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This home encompasses two floors. The first floor entails an open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room features a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless stell appliances, fully stocked with pots, pans and dishware. There is a lot of ample counter space, a bar with additonal seating for 5 people. This home features a beautiful dinning table that accommadates 12 guest comfortably. Off the living room area and into the back yard you and your family will be able to enjoy a dip in your very own private pool, or relax inside your private hot tub. On the 2nd floor your guest have the choice between 4 bedrooms. The first 3 bedrooms each feature a Queen bed with a set of twin bunk beds. All three bedrooms have a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The 4th room is the Master bedroom, this large bedroom features a King size bed, a private bathroom, with a walkin shower and bath tub. This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches. Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
