Lovely, secluded 700 sq foot carriage house w/private entrance and locked gate in tranquil, gated setting welcomes you—and your pet (no fee for 2)! Bubbling fountain, flower gardens, patio with outdoor table and chairs, private siting area, grill.. Home-away-from-home has every amenity, including queen-sized bed with a 16" mattress, luxurious down quilts, and pillows, spa bathroom, full kitchen, washer-dryerspa shower. Two car enclosed garage. WIFI, every streaming service. Very secure. The space Like the 1880s classic Cincinnati mansion that it sits behind, the separate carriage house in a garden that springs to life each March. Bubbling fountain and vegetable patch. The carriage house has been entirely renovated with wood-beam 11-foot ceiling, lovely exposed brick walls, spa bathroom and new kitchen. Queen-sized bed (16" thick). You have a large daily living space. The main house and guest carriage house are a preservationist's dream. The property sits on quiet, shady "Millionaire's Row" in the Dayton St. Historic District. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk from historic Findlay Market with its indoor and outdoor food stands and restaurants. Dozens of restaurants and boutique shopping are within minutes in Over-the-Rhine. 5 minutes to the opera, symphony, Shakespeare Theatre and Washington Park, which has outdoor events almost every day and a great pet park — and has underground parking making it very accessible. Theatre is minutes away. 10 minutes to Kroger grocery store and downtown where the baseball and football stadiums are located. New soccer stadium is 5 minutes away by car, 15 minute walk. University of Cincinnati campus is a 10-minute drive. Guest access You enter the house via a private locked gate (combination is in the guide). Accesed just to left in the front of the main house. Go through the gate and along the path the leads to the tranquil, flower-filled back yard which fronts the carriage house. There is also a separate entrance via the 2-car garage which is underneath the carriage house (accessible via an alley street behind the main house) ... up a few stairs into the garden and to your secure, private entrance door. Other things to note Animal Limit: Two animals. No pet supplies, so bring what you need to attend to them. Two pets are fine, but we find that with more the hair really piles up and requires extra cleaning and maintenance.. Would consider additional pet/s based on number and size. The pet fee for two pets is $40 for the first two nights and another $35 for longer stays up to one week. For longer stays, the fee is negotiable. Want to arrive earlier or stay later?
