(Boat lift not available) Pool Heater Charges and Information: The pool faces Southeast Pool is 30x16 D 6' This pool is chlorinated Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Dog-Friendly Home (+$) *This is a dog-friendly home *There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee * There is a two-dog limit * Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. * Please note, cats are not allowed; the homeowner will not make exceptions. Garage: * Two car garage parking available. Up to two cars can fit in the driveway Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it. No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
