Spacious Craftsman style home perfect for family vacations. Peaceful Lake Hartwell lot minutes from downtown Hartwell with private, covered dock for your own boat and/or jet ski and only two minutes from boat ramp and 10 minutes from Hartwell Marina. Sleeps 10 total - 2 Queen BRs on main and in basement w/King BR and 4 single bunk beds on 3rd floor. Lots of room for entertaining with well-equipped kitchen, large fire pit area, walk-out patio, screened-in porch, and basement with ping pong table. The space Main floor has open floor plan with kitchen, bar seating for four, and dining room with seating for seven. Down the hall is powder room, master with en suite and walk-in closet. Screened-in porch and open deck offers outdoor seating as well. Upstairs has its own bathroom and one bedroom with a king and one with two sets of bunk beds that sleeps four. Basement has recreational area with wet bar, ping pong table, large sectional, and TV. Queen bedroom and bath down the hall. Walk-out patio has grill and bar area that leads out to path to lake and private dock. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house during the stay. Other things to note In order to receive access code to the house, guests must send pictures of completed rental contract and photo ID.
