The space Guests enter the 2nd floor studio unit from a shared landing with the 2 bedroom lock-off portion of the condo after climbing an exterior flight of stairs. The front door is equipped with a programmable deadbolt and guests will receive a unique access code prior to arrival. Upon entering, there is a small alcove to store luggage and other travel items before moving into the bedroom area. The main portion of the studio has a cal-king bed, a smart TV in an armoire with a drawers below and a full size desk with a chair. A gas fireplace and a private balcony add to the charm and offer guests a relaxing setting to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Off the sleeping area, there is a small wet bar with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave and single serve coffee maker. Across from the wet bar is a closet with a good amount of storage including an iron/ironing board and luggage rack. The full size bathroom is just steps from the sleeping area and features a large vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower and toilet. You'll have it all for a comfortable stay in this spacious studio. The studio is located at the front of Legacy Villas overlooking the main lap pool and clubhouse area with southern mountain views from its private balcony. Unassigned parking is available in the parking lot below the unit and along Legacy Drive. The fitness room, Legacy Grille, hammock garden and main pool area are just steps away and La Quinta Resort is about a 10 minute walk. The unit can be combined with LV217 to create a three bedroom lock-off at just over 1700 square feet subject to availability. An interior lock-off door separates the two bedroom and studio portions of the three bedroom condo and will remain locked when both suites are occupied by separate parties. Guest access California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 7 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour security. Guests will need to provide California Vacation Villas the names of drivers 3 days prior to arrival for gate registration purposes. The maximum number of cars allowed in Legacy Villas is 1 per reservation.
