In this 450 square foot guest house, you'll enjoy all the regular luxuries of a full-size home without sacrificing comfort! Best of all enjoy a FULLY fenced-in entrance and private yard + parking for up-to 2 vehicles! Whether stopping by for work or leisure, you are sure to enjoy this thoughtfully designed space complete with full-size kitchen, bathroom, and living space. The space Our fully renovated guest house offers modern/industrial design, privacy, and all the comforts of a full-size home. When you arrive, you’ll pull into the designated parking space located directly in front of the guest house entrance and beside the main home. Riverview Cottage sits at the back of a large lot that includes both the main house and this guest house. Each space is FULLY fenced—both around the perimeter and internally—for added privacy. Inside, you’ll enjoy 450 square feet of open-concept living, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. High vaulted ceilings, a faux red brick accent wall, subway tile backsplash, and industrial pendant lighting create an elegant yet welcoming vibe. Furnishings include a queen-sized memory foam bed, brown leather loveseat, and bar stools for dining at the granite countertop. The full-size kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, flat-top stove, silverware, pots, pans, and dishes—everything you need to cook a great meal from scratch. The living area features a ROKU smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Additional amenities include: Keurig coffee maker with assorted K-Cups, blow dryer, towels, and basic cooking staples like salt, pepper, and sugar. Essentials Provided: We provide paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap to get you started. Please note: Guests should bring their own body soap, shampoo, and high-efficiency (HE) laundry detergent, if needed. We do not provide these items for guests. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire guest house. This includes two designated parking spaces on the left side of the driveway, directly on the side of the main home. Additionally, the guest house has a fenced-in yard which you are free to utilize. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises our guest house is equipped with two exterior Ring cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home. Please ensure to park on the left side of the driveway directly on the side of the main home. This allows us to avoid any traffic issues with parking to the main home.
